Overview
I work across customer-facing websites, a client dashboard, and internal tools for a hosting business. My scope includes service configuration, checkout, billing and invoice workflows, account management, and the UI foundations shared across related products.
The challenge
Hosting products expose a large number of technical choices. The interface has to make those choices understandable to customers while remaining flexible enough to support multiple brands, product configurations, and operational workflows.
Engineering approach
What I delivered
- Built responsive customer and account-management interfaces across the website and client dashboard.
- Turned product and design requirements into reusable flows and interface components.
- Worked closely with designers, backend engineers, and product stakeholders through delivery and iteration.
- Supported checkout, invoicing, service configuration, and real-time product experiences.
Key decisions
- Structured shared UI patterns so related brands could remain consistent without losing their individual presentation.
- Separated complex configuration steps into focused, understandable decisions for customers.
- Kept asynchronous account and service states explicit so interfaces remained predictable during long-running operations.
Outcomes
- A clearer path from product selection through configuration and purchase.
- Reusable foundations for customer-facing and internal product work.
- A platform that can continue evolving across multiple hosting products.
