Overview

I developed interfaces for an internal operations platform covering employee management, projects, tasks, attendance, payroll, leave, scheduling, and team communication. The client and original product visuals are intentionally omitted.

The challenge

The product combined many workflows used by different roles. It needed a consistent interface system that could support dense operational screens while staying understandable and efficient for daily use.

Engineering approach

What I delivered

Converted detailed Figma designs into responsive, production-ready interfaces.
Created a reusable CSS and component foundation for a large set of product screens.
Implemented workflows using an internally developed JavaScript framework.
Collaborated with designers, project managers, and developers throughout delivery.

Key decisions

Established repeatable layout and component patterns before scaling across product modules.
Balanced information density with a clear hierarchy for frequent operational tasks.
Adapted quickly to a private framework while keeping the implementation maintainable for the team.
